Working Principle of Greentrack Mobile Cone Crusher

The Greentrack mobile cone crusher operates based on the compression crushing mechanism:

◆ Material Feeding
   The material enters the cone crusher through the feed hopper and is distributed around the crushing chamber.

◆ Crushing Action
   The rotating eccentric bushing drives the mantle to move in a circular oscillating motion.
   As the mantle approaches the concave (fixed liner), material is compressed and crushed.

◆ Layered Crushing (Interparticle Crushing)
   The cone crusher forms a material bed, enabling multi-layer compression, which produces better grain shape and higher reduction ratios.

◆ Discharge
   Crushed material exits the chamber once it becomes smaller than the set gap (CSS).
   This gap can be hydraulically adjusted for different final product sizes.

◆ Continuous Operation
   Because crushing occurs around the entire chamber, cone crushers offer high capacity, stable operation, and ideal production of high-quality aggregates.
