Safety Tips for Operating Mobile Crushers

Safe operation is critical to ensure personnel safety, equipment reliability, and continuous production.
Always follow local regulations and manufacturer instructions when operating mobile crushing equipment.

Before Operation

✔   Ensure all operators are properly trained and authorized

✔   Inspect guards, emergency stops, electrical systems, and hydraulic lines

✔   Check that all bolts, liners, and wear parts are correctly installed

✔   Verify the working area is stable and free of obstacles

✔   Confirm that all safety signage and warning labels are visible

During Operation

✔   Maintain a safe distance from moving parts and conveyors

✔   Never remove guards or safety covers while the machine is running

✔   Do not overload the crusher or feed oversized materials

✔   Use PLC control and remote control only from a safe location

✔   Monitor abnormal noise, vibration, or temperature and stop immediately if detected
